Position Management
Position Management provides an alternative to a job-based tracking structure. It allows recruiting managers to track the number of openings for a particular position by creating a specific occurrence. For example, a hospital may need to hire 4 nurses of varying types (LVN, RN, LPN). Rather than tracking each job individually, users can create a broader position category of "Nurse," and all 4 nursing jobs would fall under it.
